Baron Pettigrew (Jamaica): Pettigrew was attempting to hold Virginia Cotton hostage in a bid to get her father, Jebediah, to divulge the location of a French payroll he was alleged to have “liberated”. Pettigrew was last seen in Port Royal’s docks firing a flintlock pistol in the direction of the party as their ship, hurriedly, left port.
